How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed by Thursday morning (9am PST) are generally shipped that week and delivered the following week. Most orders shipped via the US Postal Service are delivered Monday or Tuesday. Rush processing and overnight shipping are available if you need your items urgently.

This schedule may vary for holidays and special occasions. We may add additional production days during busy seasons, such as Christmas. You see all current shipping options and prices in your shopping cart by entering the delivery ZIP code.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We try hard to keep our shipping prices low. In fact most orders ship for $5.55 or less! The cost you pay is based on the weight of your package and delivery address, NOT the number of items you buy. So go ahead and add another dog tag, necklace, keychain, or other light-weight item. In most cases, that won't affect the shipping cost at all.
